We only accept unused and unopened orders return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The original packing must be fully intact. If the product’s package has been opened, meaning that the packaging seals are broken which is not acceptable for a refund.
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning items back to the Fashionary headquarters. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Return items must go through our products checking process in order to confirm the qualification for process refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, please kindly note your refund will be processed in 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that additional duties and taxes will not be refunded.

*Only purchase made directly from fashionary.org qualify for the 30-Days satisfaction guarantee. For all other retail purchases, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.
*Please note promotions and discounts would not be reimbursed.
*All items must return to our Hong Kong Headquarters for approval and processing the refund payment.
