How to track my order?

There are 3 ways to track your order:

Method 1

You may also track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

• You will receive an email from us about your purchase when the shipment is arranged.
• Open the email, click the orange button to View your order.
• There is a tracking number with the logistics company's name
• Click on the link and you will be able to track the package.

Sometimes, the tracking page doesn't recognize your number. If this is the case, please go to the shipping company website or this website and enter the tracking number yourself.

 

Method 2

You can track your order via this link on our website. 

 

 

Method 3

If you have an account, please log in to your account page. Once the status is fulfilled, you may click the order number and get the tracking number.

 

Please allow 2-4 days for handling your order for fulfillment.
